We re seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with at least 5 years of clinical experience to deliver exceptional, relationship-based care to adult patients in a supportive and modern practice environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage chronic & acute conditions
• Develop personalized, long-term care plans
• Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals
• Maintain accurate medical documentation

Qualifications :

MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Active North Carolina medical license

Minimum 5 years of primary care experience
