A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist in managing day-to-day facilities activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of the complete work order life cycle from creation to resolution
Manage vendors to ensure services are completed within agreed-upon SLAs
Develop client relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to devise solutions to client issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience
3+ years of facilities management experience
Experience managing multiple vendors for work order management and capital projects
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Trade experience preferred
