Job descriptionStrong knowledge of Windows 10 / 11 administration and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP . Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 / Exchange administration. Knowledge of endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.). Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, VPN, firewalls). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as a team player. Windows Server administration knowledge. Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Batch). Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management). Certifications : MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified .
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Provide L1 / L2 end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Perform patch management, system updates, and security configurations .
- Maintain endpoint security , including antivirus, encryption, and compliance policies.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of desktop systems with enterprise applications.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in hardware / software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades .
