Our shift change is at 5 o'clock and we run a 12 hour shift. What you'll need : A high school diploma or GED (we can help through the GEDWorks program). Forklift experience – you know how to handle one safely. Able to use a scanner for tracking and inventory. Comfortable with basic math (like counting and simple calculations). Can communicate clearly with team members. A team player who works well with others. Can follow directions and also help guide others when needed. Good at solving simple problems on the job. Nice to haves : Some manufacturing experience – you've worked in a factory, warehouse or similar setting before.
