Job description

Certification Details

  • BLS
  • State Licensure
  • CPI (must be obtained if not active)

Job Details

  • General Adult Unit - must be comfortable and experienced
  • Works with multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions
  • Utilizes nursing process to meet needs of patients requiring complex nursing care
  • Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care
  • Focuses on helping patients develop and maintain sobriety while managing co-occurring psychiatric issues

    • Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months)
  • Psych / Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume
  • Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts
  • CPI certification required (offered onsite)
  • Must confirm willingness and eligibility to obtain state license

    • Schedule Information

  • RTO cannot exceed 7 days
  • Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Psych skills checklist (within the last year) required
  • Profile requirements include resume with psych experience and age groups listed

    • Additional Details

  • Certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
  • 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
  • Driver's license or candidate's address must be included in the submission packet
