Pay : $2600 - $3200 Monthly

Working part-time is a minimum of 20 hours per week and full-time is a minimum of 40 hours weekly.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our HR department and administer our employee compensation.

Payroll Officer responsibilities include Printing cashier checks using the bank info the company will provide you daily and dispatching them to various Names and addresses that would be providing to you daily via FedEx, Ups or USPS. Additional duties may include reimbursement and disbursement of company's funds.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Printing and issuing of payable checks using the bank info the company will provide you daily and dispatching them to various Names and addresses that would be providing to you daily via FedEx, Ups or USPS.
• Handle reimbursement and disbursement of company's funds.
• Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording; all these will be done through the use of the Accounting Software.
