Job descriptionUncapped earning potential — your effort directly drives your income Company trucks available (9 total, shared among team) Gas cards provided when needed Unrestricted territories — no limits on where you can build your pipeline Flexible schedule — create and manage your own workday Ongoing training and mentorship Supportive, high-energy team culture Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally Attend adjuster appointments and install days Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates Reliable vehicle Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads $60,000 – $150,000+ / year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities) Performance = Pay.
