Job Title : Development Manager - Corporate DonorsOrganization : International Foundation for Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory Arthritis (AiArthritis)Location : RemoteHours : Full-timeCompensation :  $70,000 base salary per year. Performance bonus available.Company Overview : We are leaders in advancing education, advocacy, and research for those impacted by autoimmune and autoinflammatory arthritis (AiArthritis) diseases through peer-led guidance, collaboration, and resources that are driven by patient-identified issues and patient-infused solutions.The work we do is vital to helping expedite detection and diagnosis, improving communication and disease management, increasing access to care, and championing research that tailors to the individualized needs of each person. Examples of AiArthritis diseases include rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, Crohn's disease, and all juvenile versions of arthritis.Position SummaryAiArthritis is seeking a Development Manager - Corporate Donors to lead our corporate fundraising strategy, with a primary focus on identifying, engaging, securing, and stewarding corporate donors. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing the foundational infrastructure necessary for successful corporate fundraising, including campaigns, content, events, and recognition systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate fundraising and relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and engage potential corporate donors, sponsors, and strategic partners.Develop and execute a corporate fundraising strategy to secure financial and in-kind contributions.Cultivate relationships with corporate decision-makers through outreach, meetings, and presentations.Create compelling proposals, pitch materials, and sponsorship packages tailored to corporate interests.Build and manage corporate fundraising campaigns, recognition programs, and engagement events.Work cross-functionally to develop corporate partnership opportunities.Track and report on corporate fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and revenue growth.Ensure corporate partners receive appropriate recognition, benefits, and ongoing stewardship.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or nonprofit development.Strong sales and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging corporate executives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and proposals.Strategic thinking and project management abilities to develop and implement fundraising initiatives.Experience in sponsorship development, cause marketing, or CSR partnerships.Preferred experience within the healthcare, patient advocacy, or research sectors.Familiarity with corporate giving trends and industry-specific engagement strategies.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and donor management systems.Why Join AiArthritis?Opportunity to play a key role in expanding corporate funding to support impactful programs.Flexible remote work environment with a mission-driven team.Potential for professional growth and leadership in corporate development.AiArthritis is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
