Job description

Our client is a manufacturer of high precision machine parts who is looking for an EXPERIENCED ACME GRIDLEY MACHINE OPERATOR.

REQUIREMENTS :

3+ years Acme Gridley setup and operating experience
Ability to read blue prints; routings
Ability to use gauges and measuring instruments
Ability to load bar stock into equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Operate and Set up of 6 spindle Acme Gridley screw machine

Install collets, pushers, gears, camps, tool holders and other tooling

Machine parts using blueprints and job routings

Inspect parts for conformance to specifications and order requirement

Mon-Thur 6am-4 : 30pm.

Pay is $23-$26 / hr.
