Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Inpatient RN to join our team in Seattle, WA. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a culture of excellence.

In this role, you will :

  • Deliver exceptional patient care : Utilize your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate effectively : Work seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Advocate for your patients : Champion their needs and rights, ensuring their autonomy, dignity, and decision-making power are respected.
  • Embrace diversity : Provide culturally sensitive care, recognizing and respecting the unique needs of each patient.

  • Job Requirements

    We require :

  • Current WA State RN license is required.
  • CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • One year experience with acute care patients.
  • Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements
