Job descriptionProvide assisted stretch and flexibility sessions to help members feel and move better. Provide a positive member experience that is supportive and rewarding. Develops comprehensive programs that drive client goal achievements and retention. Lead clients through self-assisted, assisted stretch sessions, including PNF stretching if applicable. Conducts stretch demos for new clients including assessment, medical history, and goal setting. Provides assistance to all members to ensure safety, education and motivation. Promote and sell stretch and flex sessions and personal training sessions. Completes all administrative requirements associated with the client's fitness plan. Flexible schedule, part time / full time. Career opportunity to advance to Head Trainer and beyond in Company. Advance through multiple Tier levels with compensation ranging from 40%-50%. An estimated 42K to upwards of $80K annually. All staff will be crossed trained in commissionable membership sales. Benefit packages available based on scheduled work hours. Proficient in Stretching & Flexibility training. 1 3 years experience preferred. Required, valid, current PT certifications, nationally recognized : NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE Bachelor's degree in related field of study, preferred. CPR / AED certified. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Deliver safe and comprehensive programs and sessions to achieve your client's goals and meet with new clients to assess what their needs are.

Work closely with the Fitness Director to develop both personally and professionally.
Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their goals and results.
Create personalized exercise programs for clients that include obtainable progression.
Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings and best practices.
Participate in marketing strategies that will increase personal training services, attraction, and retention.
Exhibit a desire for learning, research, and continual growth for professional development.
