Role Summary

Own field execution across multiple concurrent jobs—planning, staging, leading crews, coordinating trades, and delivering clean, documented installations on schedule and within budget. Scopes include structured cabling (Cat6 / 6A, fiber), racks / network gear, CCTV & access control, audio / video systems, and motorized shades / lighting. You will review drawings / RFPs, lead jobsite activities, and close out with complete deliverables.

What You’ll Do

PLAN & COORDINATE

• Review RFPs, drawings, specs, and SOWs; define goals, timelines, labor / equipment / materials, and procedures.
• Perform site surveys; identify milestones / deliverables ; build look-ahead schedules and task lists.
• Coordinate materials and timing with the Warehouse Manager; stage gear and pre-build racks.
• Attend construction meetings; coordinate with customers, GCs, electricians, and other trades; escalate blockers early.
