As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrea Sabus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Reaching out to customers to schedule regular insurance reviews based on predetermined timelines or triggers.
• Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is open 8:30-5:00 M-F.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a proud graduate of University of Northern Iowa.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
