We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Facilities Technician, preferably with HVAC or small refrigeration experience, to support and maintain our Colorado locations (Aurora, Commerce City, and Colorado Springs). Position Overview:

As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our restaurants operating smoothly and safely. You’ll perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, complete repairs, and coordinate with internal teams and local vendors. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll do:

• Perform weekly facilities tasks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Respond to general service calls efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with coordinators and follow up with local vendors to ensure timely repairs.
• Oversee small construction and repair projects.
• Manage warehouse inventory, parts, and spare equipment.
• Schedule and complete planned maintenance services.

What you’ll need:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or certification in HVAC preferred.
• A clean driving record and a current, valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical examination.

This is a full-time position; the schedule will be four ten-hour days, Monday-Thursday, with on-call.
