At our salon, we combine your personal marketing with our strong walk-in traffic and aggressive advertising, giving you the support to build a thriving business. We’re committed to investing in your success, but we also expect you to stay sharp—continuing to refine your skills, follow new techniques and trends, and bring creativity to every appointment.

Compensation :

$35,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Engage in continuous learning through workshops and training sessions to enhance skills
• Listen attentively to any feedback or concerns, taking immediate steps to rectify them
• Craft tailored hairstyles by cutting, coloring, or styling based on individual preferences
• Ensure a pristine work environment by sanitizing tools and maintaining an organized station
• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, setting the stage for a relaxing salon experience
