A company is looking for a Travel & Expense Manager for the Physician Engagement Team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Physician Engagement Team leadership and field sales team
Coordinate travel arrangements for the team in accordance with company policy
Process invoices and expense reports for team leadership following company guidelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Zoom, and SharePoint
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently
