Job descriptionLife, Critical Illness, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support 401(k) with Employer Match to help you plan for the future Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm Develop strong product knowledge through provided training Build rapport and follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale Meet and exceed dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction standards A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude A strong communicator with great people skills Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must possess a valid driver's license Must have a minimum of 3 years of driving history with a clean driving record (no major violations, suspensions, or DUIs) High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
