What You'll Do :

• Plan, organize, and direct the nursing department, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide strong leadership, motivation, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective resident care plans.
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and update nursing policies and procedures.
