Caravel Health DPC is a thriving 2-physician practice using the Direct Primary Care model to deliver high-quality, relationship-based care. Our patients pay a monthly membership fee ($75–$129) for unlimited visits and direct access to their physician—no copays, no insurance hassles.
We offer:
In-office procedures and labs
Deeply discounted medications
A small, supportive team
A mission to restore authentic family medicine
Provide comprehensive primary care: preventive, chronic, and urgent
Build meaningful relationships with a full panel of 400–600 members
Practice independently with full clinical decision-making authority
Enjoy flexible hours (30–40/week) as a 1099 contractor
MD/DO licensed in California
Board Certified (preferably Family Medicine)
Active DEA and malpractice coverage
Excellent communicator who values patient education and accessibility
Responsive to patient texts/emails for urgent needs
Competitive pay structure: revenue split, PMPM, or salary
PTO, health, retirement, CME negotiable
