Job Description

What's Operations at Wellmark? Our Operations division has over six hundred employees who manage important work such as enrolling our members, loading benefits, credentialing our providers, sending documents, paying claims, answering calls, training our employees, Operations Compliance, Operations Analytics, and Quality Assurance. We are one team united to provide the best service for our members and providers.

What projects might I support? Although subject to change, examples of initiatives are included below :

• Collaborate with Operations Analytics on reporting and data analysis, and building dashboards
• Conduct side by sides with Operations teams to identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes
• Work with Customer Service to analyze calls, give feedback, and find customer improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Operations teams on day-to-day activities
• Engage in strategic planning and execution
• Partner on projects that strengthen and optimize Operations functions
• Assist with product rollout implementation
• Collaborate with teams to develop clear objectives (OKRs) and build compelling business cases for initiatives
• Enhance business acumen in health care and work directly with members and providers
