Key Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas
Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity
Prior experience in fast-growth startups for product management, product design, or business operations preferred
Proven success in high-velocity, output-driven environments
Bachelor's Degree
