• Clinical Responsibilities :

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex rheumatologic conditions, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and specialists to create integrated, evidence-based treatment plans.

Support patient education, engagement, and self-management strategies while contributing to quality initiatives that improve outcomes and access to care.

Complete timely and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance with Evara Health, HIPAA, HRSA, and accreditation standards.
