Job Description

Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate to support K-12 students in a school setting in Wasilla, AK.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments and document student progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Participate in meetings and maintain clear munication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Current certification or eligibility for certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
  • Experience or coursework related to pediatric speech-language therapy is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a school-based team environment.
