StaffMed Health Partners is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a unique leadership role at a high-volume Emergency and Urgent Care facility in Fishers, Indiana. This opportunity combines clinical care with Medical Director responsibilities, supported by an additional stipend for administrative duties, while leading a highly rated, patient-focused team. Position Highlights : Leadership Role : Clinical Medical Director duties with stipend Annual ED Volume : 27,330 visits Daily Physician Coverage : 24 hours Daily APC Coverage : 10 hours ED Beds : 12 with Fast Track available Hospital Beds : 0 (free-standing ER / urgent care setting) Acuity Level : Low to Medium with 2% admission rate Trauma Level : Not designated Requirements : Board Certification : Emergency Medicine (ABEM / AOBEM required) Certifications : ACLS and PALS required Leadership Experience : Preferred, with strong communication and administrative skills Location Highlights : Located in Fishers, Indiana , one of the fastest-growing suburbs of Indianapolis, this community has been recognized as both the safest city and the best city to live in.
