Ideal Start Date : February 2026

Full-Time Need : Prefer one provider to cover the entire assignment

Schedule : Flexible

Call Type : Beeper

Call Ratio : 1 : 5

Call Response Time : 20 minutes

Coverage Model : Scheduled clinic hours + call Clinical Scope

Full-scope OB / GYN (OB, GYN, and Surgery)

Experienced surgeon required

Robotic surgery experience preferred

Must be capable of surgical mentoring

Admissions required

Assigned rounding patients

Patients per Shift : 1824

Beds in Facility : 14

Trauma Level : IV

EMR : Epic Medical Director Responsibilities

Stabilize and support department operations

Implement processes, policies, and workflow improvements

Mentor and work collaboratively with other providers

Assist in search and interviewing for a new permanent medical director Licenses & Certifications

Board Certified OB / GYN Required

Active WA License or IMLC Required

Fellowship Preferred

BLS Required Experience Requirements

Minimum 7years leadership experience Required

Experienced OB / GYN surgeon

Robotic training preferred
