A Pediatrician is needed in Lumberton, NC.

This position is with a mission-driven, community-based organization dedicated to providing comprehensive pediatric care to underserved populations.

Salary and Benefits :

• Base Salary range : $200,000 – $240,000 Based on Years of Experience
• Productivity Bonus Structure
• Sign-On / Transition Bonus : $10,000+
• Extra Compensation for Nights, Weekends, and Optional Call
• Health / Dental / Vision Insurance : 100% Paid by Employer for Provider and Dependent(s)
• PTO : Year 1 – 27.5 Days / Year 2 – 42.50 Days
• Retirement : 401(k) with 3% Employer Match
• Eligible for Student Loan Repayment Up to $75,000
• Life Insurance Covered by Employer : $300,000
• Long-Term Disability / Short-Term Disability Covered by Employer
