Marketing Strategy Lead
Responsible for leading the strategy, development, and implementation of numerous marketing initiatives for Universal Kids Resort (UKR) including public relations, domestic and international third-party promotions and social media content. Oversees the strategic direction of how UKR assets are utilized and leveraged in all consumer-facing elements and ensures the execution of each program is delivered on time, on-strategy, and on budget. Oversees the implementation, creative direction and other specifics of product PR plans, content creator plans and related special events with the goal of maximizing favorable media and creator coverage. Provides key partnership and ensures alignment across Universal Destinations and Experiences (UDX) Marketing & Sales initiatives of social media campaigns and content to drive the new brand, on-site hotel, and overall social channels for Universal Kids Resort.

Proven experience with project management and a track record of performance meeting targets and objectives. Experience in establishing and / or maintaining effective partnerships and relationships. Proven ability to work within brand guidelines to create compelling creative solutions. Strategic and analytical thinker with strong critical decision-making and communication skills. Excellent management and direct communication skills, written, verbal and presentation. Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is required.
Experience
7+ years of experience managing or developing marketing program required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
