Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from concept through handover, including front end planning, scope translation, budget development, and execution strategy.
- Support projects largely delivered via an EPC model, with experience across all delivery models.
- Apply solid project management tools and approaches to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet program objectives within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.

Develop project scope / budget and create credible budgets and schedules; lead risk analysis with mitigation strategies; manage change and ensure alignment with project goals.Maintain financial discipline for fund release per contracts and project gates; monitor progress and forecast potential issues.Leadership
Demonstrate strong character, integrity, and accountability; influence teams to produce results; empower, mentor, and coach others; maintain a positive, proactive mindset.Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as Senior Construction Manager with broad knowledge across process, mechanical, electrical, controls, civil / structural / architectural design, and at least one specialty area.Experience managing EPC-type projects; progressive career path showing increased skills and responsibilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management software.Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering with 10+ years of project design, execution, and management experience.Membership in construction management organizations (PMI, CII, CMAA, etc.) and certifications is desirable.Additional notes
