We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona. This long-term contract role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in accounting and operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities :
- Compile and manage product cost data and production records to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Generate detailed product cost and margin analysis reports for management review.
- Administer customer collections, including daily posting of cash payments and credit card processing.
- Reconcile daily cash postings and credit card transactions to maintain financial accuracy.
- Process and administer credit applications while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate internal and external communications regarding customer account statuses.
- Assist with month-end closing activities to support accurate financial reporting.
- Perform daily reconciliation of employee time cards to maintain payroll accuracy.
- Utilize advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills to analyze financial data effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, with proficiency in data entry and management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding organizational information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Encompass or similar systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate mathematical and logical deductions.
- Familiarity with account resolution, accounts payable processes, and risk management.
