Cruise Boat Server
Pay Rate : $11.13 an hour, plus gratuity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide guests with the highest quality service to exceed their expectations
- Prepare boat for both private and public cruises by ensuring appropriate food, beverages and serving supplies are on hand
- Set up events according to recommended standards and Event Order specifications while presenting an attractive and elegant space
- Maintain cleanliness and order in event spaces and banquet work stations
- Clear spaces after events and begin resetting as needed
- Complete closing cleaning procedures as assigned
- Assist the Boat Captain with various cleaning and maintenance of the boat; uphold U.S. Coastguard standards
- Other duties as assigned
