The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, execution, and delivery of custom cabinetry projects from post-sale through completion. This role serves as the central point of communication between clients, internal departments, and subcontractors to ensure that project timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met. The position requires a balance of organization, technical understanding, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
The Project Manager works closely with design, engineering, purchasing, and production teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient flow through all phases of the project lifecycle. This role is critical to maintaining schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from order acceptance through final delivery and punch-out.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, coordinating internal and external milestones.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure the transfer of relevant information from sales and design teams.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues, delays, or conflicts.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure project scope is accurately captured and achievable.
- Coordinate with engineering and drafting to confirm drawing readiness and release to production.
- Track procurement timelines and material lead times to avoid delays.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and field personnel to provide updates and resolve jobsite issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation for each project including communication records, schedule updates, change orders, and approvals.
- Monitor and maintain project costs for each project to complete the project at or under budget.
- Participate in job site meetings, punch list walk-throughs, and closeout activities as needed.
- Assist with quality assurance, ensuring final deliverables meet specifications and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business, Building Science or related field preferred.3+ years of project management experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, or a related trade.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and working with both internal teams and external clients.Join our team as a Project Manager where you can make a significant impact on our projects' success while developing your career in a dynamic environment.
