Location : 15891 Los Gatos Almaden Road, Los Gatos, CA 95032

Department : Adult Partial Hospitalization Program / Intensive Outpatient Program

Assignment Type : Travel

Duration : 13 Weeks

Start Date : 10 / 21 / 2025

Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Day Shift)

Requirements

Must hold an active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) — associate-level licenses not accepted

Must hold a Master’s degree (Bachelor’s not accepted)

Minimum 2 years post-graduation from Master’s program (required for independent license)

BLS certification required
