We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer for Surgical Hospital in Fresno, CA area.
This ASC is accredited by The Joint Commission. Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of : Breast Surgery, Colon & Rectal, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Spine, Urology. There are 13 Operating Rooms and 5 Treatment Rooms.
The ideal candidate for this role will either have Surgical Hospital or other Hospital Leadership experience.
Job Summary
- Actively involved, at the executive level, in the leadership of the organization. Organizes and administers areas of Patient Care Services to attain the hospital's objectives established by the Governing Body. The CNO has responsibility for the management of all nursing standards of practice and therefore responsible for establishing standards of nursing practice, nursing policies and procedures, and nursing standards of patient care.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education with a plan to obtain a high level of degree.Current California Registered Nursing License.Master’s degree in healthcare management or nursing preferred.ACLS Certificate preferredBLS CertificateMinimum five (5) years of prior experience in patient care serviceThree years of quality management experience preferredRegistered Nurse License California to be eligible.
