The Pediatric ICU Float Pool Nurse is a compassionate and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for delivering exceptional pediatric critical care in the Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Cardiac ICU, and Neonatal ICU.
This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to providing the best care to critically ill pediatric patients. As a member of the Pediatric ICU Float Pool, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children and their families receive the highest quality care during their most critical moments.

Who Should Apply :
Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN / MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range : Minimum 38.49 / hour - Maximum 59.66 / hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
