Job Summary : Responsible for identifying root cause and effect issues that impact Revenue Management and the workflow of the department. Possesses a fundamental understanding of the business unit and aids with User Acceptance Testing when necessary. Effectively prepares data in a comprehensive concise format. Presents topics to peers as needed. Maintains flexibility and adaptability as situations arise within the Revenue Management. Serves as a contact and liaison between end-users and various Revenue Management staff. Responsible to identify and implement corrective action plans for outstanding Accounts Receivable issues. Provides documentation to support any process flow improvements and conduct monthly reviews of outstanding issues for Revenue Management.
Job Duties :
This role is hybrid rotating days in office (2-3 days per week)

Position Details :
Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
Experience : Minimum of 7 years-Relevant experience
