Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team at Fratessa Forbes Wong Structural Engineers. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of our structural engineering projects.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for various projects in compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and maintenance technicians to schedule routine maintenance tasks.
- Identify and prioritize maintenance needs based on project requirements and safety regulations.
- Monitor and track equipment performance to anticipate maintenance needs and minimize downtime.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure maintenance supplies and services.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and structures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff as needed.
Essential Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in a related field is preferred.Proven experience in maintenance planning within the construction or engineering industry.Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Desired Experience :
2+ years of experience in maintenance planning.Experience working on structural engineering projects is a plus.Certification in maintenance planning or similar field is desirable.Salary & Benefits :
