Millennium Information Services is growing! We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies.
**FIELD INSPECTORS NEEDED**
**FREE training and help desk available daily**
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property Inspection experience is a plus
- General construction knowledge
- Availability-daytime hours Monday-Friday for Inspections and training
- Must pass Background Check
- Smart Phone required
- Dependable vehicle needed
DUTIES:
- Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.
- Time service deadline, 15-20 days.
- Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings.
- Input information into our proprietary system.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit on the 10th and 25th of each month as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 exterior and $40-$90 interior, per inspection.
- Inspector is responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE).
