Ce que vous ferez
· En tant qu'assistant(e) clientèle Medical Care, vous répondrez à toutes les questions et préoccupations concernant le produit ;
· vous informerez et formerez les clients sur les fonctions du dispositif et la sécurité ;
· vous aiderez les clients à répondre aux questions concernant l'expédition, le retour, la politique d'échange et les transactions de paiement ;
· vous participerez activement aux activités d'optimisation liées à l'ensemble des processus de service à la clientèle.
Ce qu'il vous faut
· Maîtrise de la communication écrite et orale en français ;
· bon niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé - niveau C1 (obligatoire) ;
· volonté de commencer une expérience internationale - travailler à l'étranger ;
· capacité à traiter des informations sensibles en tant que support client pour les soins médicaux ;
· excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ;
· esprit d'équipe ;
· expérience dans le service client par téléphone (de préférence).
