Job description
To support a growing team, the remote Senior Backend Software Engineer will design and implement scalable backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Designing and developing backend services and APIs to support web applications Collaborating with frontend developers and product managers to define system architecture Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through code reviews and testing Required qualifications Proven experience in backend development using languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL Experience with cloud services and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker) Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized applications is a plus
