The Burnsville Chick-fil-A offers an optional 3 DAY WORK WEEK that allows full time employees to work 6 long days with 7 days off in a row! This would give you a full week of work off every other week while still working 40 hours a week. The 3 day work week is not a requirement for full time employees, just an option to serve certain lifestyles and preferences.
Note: We currently do not have openings for seasonal positions.

You will enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is both fun and safe. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests in any type of weather and at all times of the day.
