Job description
Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, responsible for defining and executing Mailgun's lifecycle marketing strategy to enhance user activation, engagement, and retention through data-driven programs. Key responsibilities Design and evolve lifecycle experiences across various customer touchpoints to facilitate user transition from signup to paid Identify and address customer-journey friction points, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions Audit and optimize existing lifecycle programs based on performance metrics and user feedback Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a product-led growth setting Proven track record of optimizing lifecycle programs through data analysis and customer insights Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve customer-focused results Familiarity with lifecycle marketing platforms and analytics tools
