  • TEKsystems is looking for an Application Support Manager to oversee a team of Business Support Analysts who maintain the Digital Banking Applications at one of the local Banks in beautiful Honolulu Hawaii! * *Responsibilities : * * Management and Oversight of Digital Banking System Support. * Coordinates and interfaces with vendors and other divisions within the bank, including but not limited to Retail Banking, Information Security, IT, Digital Service Center, and Call Center. * Monitors service availability, transmissions, and outages and ensures it meets contracted Service Level Agreements (SLA). * Coordinates, leads, and monitors production problem reporting, and escalations for all Digital Banking Systems. * Provides Tier 3 Customer Service to bank customers for technical issues / complaints. * Manages ongoing release management and coordination across vendors. * Oversees and communicates to servicing areas all issues, updates, and changes for products & services. * Maintains and updates technology documentation including but not limited to business operations process and application flow charts. * Manages vendor relationships and ongoing reviews for all Digital Banking Systems in accordance with the Bank’s Enterprise Vendor Risk Management (EVRM) Program. * Responsible for keeping systems in compliance with Bank policies and procedures and any applicable regulatory guidelines through the execution of various activities, including preparation of risk assessments and implementation of audit or compliance recommendations. * Oversees ongoing system and application user reviews and SOX reviews required for audit and compliance. * Communicates regularly with servicing areas to ensure alignment of issues and releases. * Identifies and implements opportunities to streamline and automate business processes. * Drafts, coordinates, and communicates status on issues, releases, and other business activities to management and business partners. * Project Support * Manages and coordinates projects and updates to the platform within established timeframe and budget requirements. * Participates in the development of test plans, scripts, and training procedures as part of User Acceptance Testing. * Leads and coordinates transition of projects from implementation to operations and support phases. * Assists with developing product training materials, conducting training, and / or informal workshops. * May act as a project manager and assist with the creation / oversight of project plans, communication of status and issues to management, and development / maintenance of documentation. * Leadership and Team Development : * Manages staff responsible for supporting Digital Banking Systems. * Defines team roles & responsibilities * Develop goals and manage performance and skill development through regular coaching, training, and annual evaluation process. * Works with all levels of staff and management to address concerns and resolve issues. * Leads and participates in team meetings and projects. *Additional Skills & Qualifications : * • Experience in applications support or related banking experience • Customer Service Experience in the Help Desk, Call Center, or other related troubleshooting experience. • Experience requirements can be gained concurrently.
