Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Provide full nail services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes and nail trims.
• We do not offer SNS or acrylics but do have non-toxic gel, Builder gel, and extensions.
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
• Prepare and clean station in-between appointments.
• Maintain best-in-class safety standards and sterilize equipment before and after each client
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts, eyebrow waxing)
• Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manis last longer)
• Building rapport with guests
• Creativity is encouraged! We love to see great nail art!

Qualifications:

• Licensed and Certified in required fields - Manicurist, Cosmetologist, or Esthetician
• Experience preferred but training available
• Strong knowledge and skill of nail and beauty services
• Actively keeping up with trends with the nail industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Positive attitude and likes working in a team environment
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Experience in providing excellent customer service

Hi! Our names are Landon and Kat Eckles. In addition to freecoat, we currently own and operate an organic juice bar franchise called Clean Juice, with 100+ locations across the country. Through this journey, we were introduced to the freecoat studios and fell in love with the high standards and beautiful aesthetic environment the brand offered. We are thrilled to expand our portfolio with this concept as it aligns with our mission, which is to inspire others to be healthy in body and strong in spirit (3 John 1:2). We also host a health & wellness based podcast called #BeOrganic and spend all of our free time outside of work with our 5 amazing children. The Lord has blessed us with amazing and like-minded franchise partners, employees, and customers throughout our Clean Juice story and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for the freecoat brand as well.
