Our agency opened in 2012 and Kevin, the agency owner, has been a longtime resident of this same community. His experienced, multi-lingual team is deeply connected to the area, actively supporting the local school district and sports programs. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kevin Vote - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
