Seeking an Administrative and Marketing Specialist with Construction Background
The Company:
Our client is a dynamic staffing company that connects skilled workers with construction companies. Their innovative app and platform have helped them grow to generate $85,000 in monthly revenue for the past two years. They are in a start-up phase and are looking for an administrative and marketing specialist with a construction background to help them grow their business.
Role Description:
We are seeking an individual who is administrative and marketing savvy, with a construction background and strong technical skills. The ideal candidate should be a jack of all trades and able to take pictures, be active on social media, and be able to talk on the phone. They should also have client interfacing skills, with a project management orientation. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, managing client relationships, developing marketing campaigns, and delivering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing campaigns to acquire new clients
- Manage client relationships and maintain communication with clients
- Take pictures and videos of job sites and workers to post on social media
- Communicate with clients over the phone and in person
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, administration, or project management
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A construction background is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Active on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
