Working remotely, the full-time Data Analyst will support data analysis, reporting, and analytics solution delivery in a federal healthcare environment, collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate data findings into actionable business recommendations. Key responsibilities Identify analytical requirements and translate business questions into data analysis and reporting outputs Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to develop reports and dashboards Use analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel to create analytical products and support decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, or four (4) years of specialized experience in lieu of a degree Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting from multiple sources Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and BI/reporting tools for data manipulation and presentation Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust Experience in Agile environments and with code repository tools like GitHub is preferred
