Providing technical leadership for Access Review, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will drive the architecture and development of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for enterprise access governance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and drive the technical direction and architecture of the Access Review product area Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs supporting Access Review and related IAM capabilities Provide technical leadership and mentorship to backend software engineers, guiding architectural decisions and engineering best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of proven experience in backend software development, particularly in identity and access management Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Golang or Java and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices Demonstrated experience in driving architecture and technical design for complex backend systems Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with cloud IAM concepts
