To support a growing client base, the full-time Senior Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with mid-sized and large accounts, promoting a full suite of workforce solutions while working remotely from the eastern or central time zones. Key responsibilities Develop consultative relationships with clients and key contacts to achieve Trusted-Advisor status Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored sales proposals and negotiate terms with new clients Manage the opportunity pipeline and execute a strategic sales plan within the assigned market territory Required qualifications Proven sales record in closing complex sales within the solutions and staffing space 3+ years of experience in sales within the creative, digital, and marketing sectors Experience working with strategic accounts Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Google Mail and shared drive applications
