To provide exceptional technical and operational support, the full-time Customer Support Specialist will manage inquiries from students and families, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for students and families through various communication channels Triage and escalate academic and technical concerns while troubleshooting software and hardware issues Develop and maintain support resources, including FAQs and user guides, while training fellow support specialists Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support or family-facing role within a school-based environment Experience working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision At least 1 to 2 years of experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred IT, computer repair, or network diagnostic certifications are preferred
