Possible Premiums:

o Mx Tech Level will not be easy to achieve and will require significant knowledge of Cardinal IG policies, procedures, and repair techniques related to the techs department.
Maximum Pay: $ (Maintenance Tech Level completion + degree/diploma in related field)
Evaluations will be based on quality of WOs completed (reviewed by Mx/Eng Leadership) and level of tasks the tech is able to complete along with potential independent testing through Western Technical College.
